Intention: Discovery

Release tension in body & mind with a focused journey through the body. Great for those new to meditation. With roots in yoga nidra.
Intention: Stress Relief & Increased Body Awareness
Expand your capability for grace, warmth, and joy toward yourself and others. Start releasing patterns of anger, hurt, and resentment. Great for burnt-out caregivers, healthcare and service providers. With roots in traditional metta/loving-kindness meditation.
Intention: Increase Open-heartedness & Compassion
Open focus on passing thoughts and sensations, with roots in Vipassana and Western Mindfulness.
Intention: Increase Calm, Acceptance & Gratitude
Effortless presence meditation. Move from open monitoring mindfulness to pure being. While simple in nature, this practice is more suited to those with prior meditation experience. This has been referred to in various traditions as Zen Shikantaza, Devekut, Mystical Union, Dzogchen, and Mahamudra and is ultimately a spiritual practice.
