Nomadic Stillness is about practices that keep our connection to the self and spirit through life's transformative journey.
As a long-time student of monastic traditions and mysticism across cultures, and with a degree in Philosophy, Rebekah Cammack (she/her) is passionate about integrating meditative and contemplative practices into contemporary daily life. Not only to keep tied to our deepest and highest selves amidst the whirlwind of living, but ultimately to enable intentional transformation throughout the stages of life.
She is a trained meditation teacher who guides from her own meditation experiences of 30 years. She was first drawn to meditation in the form of Western contemplative practices, before sitting with a Buddhist priest who shifted her approach and broadened her perspective. Rebekah guides with inclusivity to both secular and spiritual approaches.
Rebekah is also a holistic massage therapist. She began practicing in 2001, and has worked in both private and group practices, providing wellness and clinical massage. She specializes in rhythmic massage, the body-mind connection, and calming the nervous system. Sessions for massage can be scheduled through Bella Terra Spa and Wellness in Puyallup, WA.
As a yoga teacher (RYT200) Rebekah is focused on providing Yin-style yoga for increased body awareness and inner stillness.
Rebekah enjoys hiking with her family, herbal tea, and is a perpetual student. She is an artist, exhibiting in galleries throughout the Pacific Northwest.
